About
I help leadership teams build marketing they can actually trust.
Fractional marketing leadership and GTM advisory for B2B SaaS and professional services companies, where "marketing activity" finally becomes a growth engine.
I'm Elise Bundgaard, a B2B marketing executive who has spent 20+ years helping companies figure out why their marketing isn't working, and then fixing it.
My background is broad by design. I've led product marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, marketing operations, analytics, brand strategy, rebrands, and full-team builds across healthcare technology, supply chain risk, travel tech, and professional services. That breadth is a feature, not a bug. I've seen enough of what works (and what doesn't) to cut straight to what matters.
Where I do my best work: companies with real potential and messy marketing. Unclear positioning. Campaigns that aren't connecting. Technology that's underused. Sales teams that don't trust the leads. Executives who can't see marketing's impact on the business. I've been brought in to untangle all of it, and I like that kind of work.
I also help small marketing teams get smarter about AI, not by chasing every new tool, but by identifying the right ones for their actual budget, headcount, and workflow. The goal is always leverage: doing more meaningful work without burning out the team.
My approach is executive-level strategy paired with hands-on execution. You get the plan and the momentum to move it forward, not just a deck and a handoff.
At the end of the day, I'm here to help leadership teams build marketing they can trust: clear strategy, disciplined execution, strong sales alignment, and results that show up in the numbers.
